Japanese 7 Spice Chicken Wings
I have this nice jar of Japanese spices and it was really good with these very simple wings.
Ingredient

2-3 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I put my wings on a tray lined with parchment paper as it stops them sticking so badly.
* Step 2
Put the wings on your lined tray and use your hands to rub them all over with oil.
* Step 3
Season them generously with the 7 spice and then add a little extra salt and pepper.
* Step 4
Roast in the oven at 190 C for 45-55 minutes until nice and crispy.
* Step 5
Serve with sweet chilli sauce and fresh coriander leaves.
