Roast Chestnuts
Simple and delicious!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Use a sharp knife to score the tip of your chestnuts so that they don’t explode.
* Step 2
Roast in the oven at 190 C for about 40 minutes.
* Step 3
Peel them as soon as they are cool enough to touch, don’t wait until they are cold as they become very difficult to peel at that stage.
