No Oat Chocolate Protein ‘Porridge’

In winter I usually enjoy a bowl of porridge on cold mornings for breakfast. However I’m trying to eat low carb to help my migraines which have worsened lately, as low carb helps to keep my blood sugar levels steady. I picked up these ingredients in Holland and Barrett so they are reasonably accessible. You can also use ground flax/linseed instead of the seed mix I used. I’m not going to lie, this is a pretty ‘worthy’ breakfast! Haha but I enjoyed it! 😇

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix al the ingredients together in a small pan and heat until gently bubbling.

Allow to cool slightly then top with your choice of topping and enjoy.
