Speedy Nigella Seed Spelt Flatbreads
Super quick to make, no yeast needed and made using healthy whole grains. These flatbreads are not too shabby for a five minute #budgetbasics lunch. You can also sub the flour for regular wholemeal or white plain flour.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl with a good twist of salt and pepper.
* Step 2
Add just enough water to bring the dough together with your hands and knead into a reasonably dry dough.
* Step 3
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface or press it out with your fingers.
* Step 4
Fry fry in a moderately hot pan until it starts to bubble on the top surface (a few minutes), then flip and cook the other side.
* Step 5
Cut into strips or wedges and eat with hummus or your dip of choice.
