* Step 1

Mangoes ko wash karke chheel ke pulp ko nikalke.

* Step 2

Iss pulp ko sugar aur corn flour ke sath mixer me chalke paste banalen.

* Step 3

Ek pan me coconut powder ko 2min tak bhune aur alag rakhden.

* Step 4

Issi pan me aam ke paste ko chalate hue thik hone tak aur colour change hone tak bhune.

* Step 5

Abb issme bhuna hua coconut powder daalke mix karen aur jamne ki consistency aane tak bhune.

* Step 6

Pahle se greased plate me failayen,cut kiye badam se sajayen aur jalne ke liye rakhden.

* Step 7

Ek ghante ke baad cut karlen.aam and coconut burfi taiyar hai.
