Nachos with goat cheese and avocado

1/3 cup

Sour cream

1 Tablespoon

Chopped cilantro

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut and measure the ingredients.

Fry the tortillas in hot oil and put them on paper towel so that it absorbs the excess oil.

Preheat oven to 178° C. / 350° F. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet pan. Top the chips with hot salsa, grated cheddar cheese, goat cheese, jalapeno pepper and scallions.

Bake the nachos until the cheese is melted. Top the nachos with fresh diced tomatoes, sour cream, scallions, cilantro and avocado. Serve immediately.
