Nachos with goat cheese and avocado

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut and measure the ingredients.
* Step 2
Fry the tortillas in hot oil and put them on paper towel so that it absorbs the excess oil.
* Step 3
Preheat oven to 178° C. / 350° F.
Place the tortillas on a baking sheet pan.
Top the chips with hot salsa, grated cheddar cheese, goat cheese, jalapeno pepper and scallions.
* Step 4
Bake the nachos until the cheese is melted.
Top the nachos with fresh diced tomatoes, sour cream, scallions, cilantro and avocado.
Serve immediately.
