Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan when it’s hot add peanuts and mustard seeds let them become crysp.
* Step 2
Add curry leaves, slit green chillies and add turmeric now add puffed rice. Let it mix thoroughly. Turn off the gas.
* Step 3
Next add salt and confectioner sugar.
* Step 4
Let it cool down now add finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
* Step 5
Sprinkle with cilantro on top of it. Now enjoy the BHEL the appetizer.
