Fried bread roll

#week1of5.healthy breakfast.Today i prepared a healthy dish,that is lentil potato stuff shallow fry roll.

Ingredient

Food ration :

For2people

Cooking time :

30min
1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

1/2 tsp

carom seeds

2 tsp

water

5 tsp

white oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first,take potato, lentil and boil them

* Step 2

Then,smash and mix both of them

* Step 3

Add salt,green chilli and all type of masala in it

* Step 4

Mix all of them together

Saute the mixture in mustard oil on pan

Keep it in a plate and cool

* Step 7

Next,take bread slices and cut all the edges

Take the mixture in hand and make a log

* Step 9

Take the soft portion of slices and roll by rolling pin

* Step 10

After that,keep the log in the bread at one side

* Step 11

Then,use water at the edges of bread

* Step 12

Roll them with mixture log and stick the both side

Put some oil in pan

Shallow fry the bread roll

After fry, keep them in plate and serve
