Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
* Step 2
Grease a 23cm x 32cm pan and line with baking paper.
* Step 3
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
* Step 4
Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
* Step 5
Bake for 40 mins or until lightly golden (mine was done in 20mins so keep a close on the oven)
* Step 7
Store in an airtight container up to two weeks
