Crab artichoke & spinach rollatini
This recipe uses crab meat and spinach & artichoke spreadable cheese
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a chicken cutlet and thin it out evenly with a meat mallet
* Step 2
Place 1 tbsp of spreadable cheese on the chicken
* Step 3
Top with 1 ounce of crab meat
* Step 4
Enough spinach leaves to cover
* Step 6
Roll up tightly secure with toothpicks
* Step 7
Sear on each side then top with 1 tbsp of spreadable cheese
* Step 8
Place slice of provolone on top then cook for 20 minutes in 375 degree oven
* Step 9
Out of the oven all bubbly yums
* Step 11
Serve with veggies. I'm having mine with a high protein penne pasta tossed with peas spinach and 1 tbsp of grated Parmesan
