California Farm Tapas: Patatas Bravas

Slice Yukon Potatoes in half lengthwise horizontally, cover the bottom of a large cast iron pan with the halves, single layer, four or five potatoes will cover the bottom.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice enough Yukon potatoes lengthwide in half horizontally to cover the bottom of your skillet. About five potatoes will cover the bottom.

Cube the potatoes in 1” cubes, put in ziplock bag, add coarse salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and quarter cup olive oil, shake well to coat the potatoes.

* Step 3

Put coated and seasoned potatoes on single layer in skillet. Preheat oven to 400F degrees, bake 20 minutes, flip with spatula or by shaking, bake 10 minutes more, serve warm with toothpicks on small plates with a paper towel. Dip in fresh home made mayo. Enjoy. Reheats well in microwave.
