Raw mango chutney

Raw mango chutney

I made this during summers when raw mangoes were available. I love it with parathas. Check out this very easy to make recipe. 👇🏻

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

30 mins
1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 tbsp

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut the mangoes in long diced form

* Step 2

Then take a pan, heat some mustard oil

Once the oil is heated, add cumin seeds to it

* Step 4

Then add red chillies to it

* Step 5

Next step is to add diced mangoes in the pan. Cover the pan.

* Step 6

Let the mangoes get fried and soften a bit

* Step 7

Remove the cover after sometime and add sugar to it.

* Step 8

Once the sugar gets dissolved completely. Let the mangoes absorb it. Keep it on low flame.

* Step 9

Now add water to improve its consistency. Let it cook for sometime
