KAIRAS/ RAW MANGO SWEET PICKLE
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan. Add oil, when heated add mustard seeds. Let them crackle
* Step 2
Add hing, turmeric powder and the chopped raw mango. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Add 1/2 cup of water and let it cook further until mango is soft.
* Step 4
Add jaggery, red chilly powder, roasted methi powder and salt to taste. Cook this for another 2-3 minutes. Make sure the jaggery is dissolved.
* Step 5
This is a tangy, delicious side dish that enhances your meals.
