Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie
Smoothie has many healthy benefit as a breakfast!
1, You can absorb nutrients faster than solid food.

4, You can get energy quickly before work or after work out.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Put the frozen strawberry in the blender.
* Step 3
Cut the banana into bite size and put in the blender.
* Step 6
Blend ingredients for 30 second or until consistent.
* Step 7
Pour into the glass and add cinnamon on top.
I also put the strawberry on the edge of the glass as a decoration.
