Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie

Smoothie has many healthy benefit as a breakfast! 1, You can absorb nutrients faster than solid food. 2, You can improve your immune system with vitamin C from fruits or veggies. 3, You can take a lot of fibers. 4, You can get energy quickly before work or after work out.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
1/2

banana

1/2 cups

whole milk

1/4 tsp

cinnamon

1/4 cups

ice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the frozen strawberry in the blender.

* Step 3

Cut the banana into bite size and put in the blender.

* Step 4

Add milk.

* Step 5

Add protein powder.

* Step 6

Blend ingredients for 30 second or until consistent.

* Step 7

Pour into the glass and add cinnamon on top. I also put the strawberry on the edge of the glass as a decoration.
