Olive Oil Dark Chocolate Cookies

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift together the dry ingredients.

* Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the sugars with the oil. Add the egg, vanilla, and beat to combine.

* Step 3

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and fold in the chocolate chunks. Roll the dough into 1.5 tablespoon balls and chill for a few hours or overnight.

* Step 4

Preheat the oven to 165 celsius. Bake the cookies for 11 minutes. Top with sea salt.
