Taco Salad

In my early life, my family was not particularly well off. This was a dinner we used to have at least once every other week. Good memories. :)

Ingredient

tomato

2 pinch

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place ground beef in pan, heat and cook to 155°F. Season with cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.

* Step 2

Cut 1/4 head of lettuce, shred, and plate. Cut slice of tomato, and dice. Sprinkle over lettuce.

* Step 3

Drain grease from cooked ground beef, and sprinkle over lettuce.

* Step 4

Spread cheese over top, and drizzle taco sauce. Optional to garnish with 1 oz of crumpled Doritos.
