Pumpkin and raw mango sabji

I love the colors of fenugreek and kalonji and stuff mixture in it.

Ingredient

pumpkin

1 tea spoon

salt

1 spoon

sauff

1 spoon

kalonji

1 bowl

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seed,sauff,kalonji after that add pieces of pumpkin,raw mango,grern chilli in it and fry on high flame for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

After that now add salt,red chilli powder,haldi powder in it and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Now add sugar in it and cooked it until it's nt ready to eat.
