Spring onion raw mango chutney

#greenveg Spring onion raw mango chutney is a tangy indian dip made using fresh coriander,mint and raw green mangoes,spring onions.it's goes perfect with indian snacks and meals.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1/2 cup

mint leaves

1 clove

garlic

as needed

water to blend

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Separate mint and coriander leaves from the stem and wash them rigorously.peel a raw mango and discard it's peel.

* Step 2

In a grinder add raw mango chopped,mint and coriander leaves,spring onion,clove of garlic and green chillies.

* Step 3

Also add kala namak and chat masala.

* Step 4

Add few table spoons of water to blend into a fine paste.

* Step 5

Transfer to a container and keep refrigerated.stays good for up to a week.can made in advanced.
