Milk

1 cup

Flour

1 pinch

Salt

as needed

Butter or oil

2tbsp

Sugar

¹/²cup

Mango puree

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crack eggs into a bowl & whisk.

Sift the flour.Add sugar,mango puree & milk

Add salt & butter and and whisk till it's combined.Sprinkle salt.

Let the batter chill in refrigerator for 2 hrs to allow the starch in the batter expand(Well I have used it instantly)

Gently ladle enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan.Swirl the pan to help the batter distribute evenly.Cook on low flame with a cap on.Remove from heat once cooked. Let it cool down.

* Step 6

Lay down a crepe.Spread a few tablespoons of whipped cream.Add a layer of mangoes & wrap the crepe.
