#colouryellow As summer is in, making this Indian dessert "mango kulfi" an Absolute ❤Make it with fresh mangoes, condensed milk and fresh cream to make this quick and luxurious.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and peel the skin of ripe mango. Chop into cubes.

* Step 2

Take chopped mango, condensed milk, milk, thick fresh cream, cardamom and saffron.

* Step 3

Grind to smooth paste.

* Step 4

Fill in plastic kulfi moulds

* Step 5

Freeze for 6 to 8 hours. Remove and serve with some chopped almonds, gems and honey. Enjoy immediately !!!
