Barley and Moong Dal

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a Pot, add cumin seeds, saute 2 mts add onions and cook 3 mts. add tomato and cook 2 mts.

* Step 2

Add Barley. Toast 3 mts. add soaked dal and tandoori spices. Add boiling water. Bring to a boil reduce heat and cook on low heat for 30 mts.

* Step 3

Prepare vegetable in a bag according to instructions. Add to Buckwheat when don. Enjoy. You can add 1 Tbs butter if you like.
