Salmon sushi bowl

Ingredient

vinegar

2 tbsp

sugar

1/2 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

mayo

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put 1 cup of rice in cooker

* Step 2

Have Soy sauce on the side or pour sauce over sushi. (plain or as mix)

* Step 3

Prepare edemame if required and separate polemllo into single sections

* Step 4

Mix vinegar, sugar and salt to make sushi vinegar

* Step 5

When rice is cooked mix sushi vinegar into rice. Then add mayo

Put rice into bowls and add all toppings as desired.

Cut mango and avocado if using.
