Spicy Salmon Bowl

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start off by rinsing your rice until water runs clear. Then add your rice and water into a pot and bring to a boil. After it starts to boil reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
While your rice is cooking, cube up your salmon and mix in your avocado oil, blackened old bay seasoning, and oregano until incorporated. Add cubed salmon into a pan over medium heat and cooking for 3 minutes on each side.
* Step 3
Once your rice has cooked for 15 minutes, remove from heat but leave covered for another 10 minutes.
* Step 4
While you’re waiting, mix together your mayonnaise, low sodium soy sauce, sriracha, and honey to make your spicy mayo. You can also cut any additional topping, I used avocado, cucumbers, and jalapeño.
* Step 5
After 10 minutes add rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into your rice and fluff with a fork until incorporated.
* Step 6
Put together your bowl and enjoy!
