Salmon Patty

Perfect for picky eater kids

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven in 225C

* Step 2

Drizzle salmon with olive oil, season with garlic salt, black pepper. Bake for 15mins. Take out the salmon, flake into big pieces, cool to room temperature

* Step 3

Sautee chopped onion and red pepper with olive oil and butter for 7 minutes or until soft and golden

* Step 4

In a large mixing bowl combine cooked salmon, veggies, breadcrumbs, egg, mayo, worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir well

* Step 5

Form each patty with ice cream scoop and press with hand to form bun shape.

* Step 6

Heat olive oil and butter in pan, fry patty in single layer, 3-4 mins per side or until golden and cooked through

* Step 7

Serve with tartar sauce
