Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In chicken add red chilli, salt, turmeric, ground spices, coriander mix well and m for 20 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat oil add zeera, green cardamom, bay leaves, cloves saute them for 3 minutes.

* Step 3

Add marinated chicken and ginger garlic paste and green chillies mix well now cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame until the chicken is tender.

* Step 4

Add tomatoes and mix well until the tomatoes became soft.

* Step 5

Add yogurt and cook in high flame for 5 minutes until the oil separates.

* Step 6

Add boil rice, fried onion mint leaves, kewra water and green chillies and cook for 5 minutes in high flame now cover and cook in low flame for 5-7minutes.

* Step 7

After 5 minutes mix the rice and served.
