* Step 1
Pre-Heat Oven to 400° (F)
* Step 2
Pare apples and slice thin (approx. 6-8 wedges each)
* Step 3
Combine sugar, flour, spices & salt; then mix w/Apples.
* Step 4
Spray 9” Pie Plate w/Non-Stick, Line w/Pastry, fill w/Apple mixture and dot w/Butter.
* Step 5
Adjust top crust; mix milk & egg white and brush on top (for shine) and cut vent.
* Step 6
Bake in hot oven (@ 400°) for 50 minutes or until done.
