Stewed Banana and Sweet Potatoes Balls in Coconut Milk
This dishes is one of famous Indonesian dessert known as ‘KOLAK’ or ‘KOLEK’. Kolak soups based on palm sugar or coconut sugar, coconut milk, and pandan leaf. Kolak can be served warm, at room temperature, or even cold by adding ice cubes to the dessert. In Indonesia, Kolak is a popular tajil (appetizer during breaking the fast) during fasting month Ramadan.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, we make a sweet potatoes balls or indonesian known as ‘Biji Salak’. Steamed sweet potatoes for 20 minutes. After that, mash it using fork. Mix mash sweet potatoes, tapioka flour, and salt until well combined and the dough can be shaped become a balls.
* Step 2
Boil water and pandan leaves. Added jaggery sugar, sugar and pinch of salt, stir well until all sugar is dissolved. Add sweet potatoes balls and boil until the sweet potatoes balls float.
* Step 3
Pour coconut milk into boiled sugar, mixed well. Add sliced ripe plantain.
* Step 4
Add steamed cube sweet potatoes inti the mixture and mixed well until the soup boiled.
* Step 5
