Indonesian Corn Fritter
Hi everyone, let’s try corn fritter from Manado, Indonesia. This corn fritter has a crunchy texture and sweet savoury taste.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Mix corn, kefir leaf, and spring onion.
Blend shallot and garlic with 100ml water.
Mix dry ingredients; rice flour, wheat flour, coriander, salt, and sugar.
* Step 2
Add the dry ingredient mixture to the corn mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are coated with flour. Add egg and mix well.
* Step 3
Pour the blended shallot and garlic inti the corn mixture, mix well.
* Step 4
Heat the oil for frying. Once it hot, fry 1 tbsp of the corn mixture and spread it out as shown. Fry until golden brown and cooked. Remove and drain the oil. Repeat until all are done.
