Korean Bean Sprout Salad (Sukju Namul 숙주나물 무침)

Beberapa kali makan di Korean restaurant, seneng banget sama side dish mereka. Coba2 deeh siapa tau enak.. dan beneran enak plus gampang bangett bikinnya mom.

Ingredient

1/2 sdt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Didihkan air dalam panci. Setelah mendidih, masukkan tauge dan blanch selama 60 detik, saring segera.

Masukkan tauge kedalam air dingin dan cuci dibawah air mengalir hingga tauge tidak terasa hangat lagi. Saring tauge kembali dan sisihkan.

* Step 3

Sementara menunggu Tauge tiris, mari membuat salad dressing. Di dalam mangkok, campurkan semua bahan dressing dan aduk rata.

Masukkan tauge didalam mangkok besar, lalu tuangkan bahan dressing dan aduk rata.

Taburkan daun bawang dan aduk kembali hingga tercampur rata.

Sajikan dingin sebagai makanan pendamping. Selamat menikmati. 맛있게 먹어 !!!
