Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Manirate Chicken Direction
* Step 2
Take a bowl add Yogurt, Red chili crushed,Red chili powder,
Salt, Ginger garlic paste, Lemon juice, Jaifel jawatri powder, Garam masala, Zarda color.
* Step 3
Then mix all the ingredients and add chicken & mix in batter.
* Step 4
Keep for 1 hour to manirate.
* Step 6
Heat a wok on medium heat and pour oil in it.
Now add onion, saute for a while.
* Step 7
Then add ginger garlic paste and cook 3-4 mins.
* Step 8
Then add red chili powder, red chili crushed, garam masala, salt.
Then add half cup water, mix well, turn up heat to high. Then add tomatoes.
* Step 9
Cook till tomatoes are tender. Using spoon, try to chop tomatoes until well mashed up.
* Step 10
Now add in cooked chicken tikka, stir and let it simmer for a while till well blender in the curry.
* Step 11
Add green chilies and water. Cover the lid & let it simmer gently for 5 minutes.
* Step 12
Serve hot with garnishing of ginger and green chili
