#ebook2021 #boxweek10 Tangy nachos I made this recipe first and new for me I follow the recipe and started when I was making I think it is so simple and tasty but one thing to note that when you roll on it is as thin as you can just you see the shadow of the hand from back.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, boil the water and add salt maize powder, and baking soda Mix well and cover with lid for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare masala for nachos.

* Step 2

Now mix maida and knead wellgrease the sheet andplace small dough in between the sheetand roll out. As thin as you can and and cut inthe shape of triangle.

* Step 3

All dough rolling as the same thing. and heat oil in a wok and fry till golden it takes 1 and 1/1/2 minute on low medium flame.

* Step 4

Now take a big bowl add fried nachos and sprinkle ready masala and shake well. The crispy sound will come when you aur frying. Enjoy crispy tangy nachos with evening tea.
