It is very interesting in making and delicious to eat and enjoy the rice surprise dish or snack try and enjoy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First separate egg yolks and egg white beat with fork and divide egg white in two portions by adding salt and pepper.
* Step 2
You can add desi masala but it is in english style breakfast or any time or when you feel hungry also.
* Step 3
Now take rice in a bowl and mix6 egg yolks if rice is without salt then add salt and little pepper now mix well.add cheese cubes grated or chopped
* Step 4
Now grease apan and heat it now slow the gas and add one portion of egg white and spread all rice and level equaly
* Step 5
Now pour another part of egg white make sure it will be batter with fork and cover it for two minutes on slow flame.
* Step 6
Now take a plate and flip the side on a plate and slowly add the other side to cook on pan it is easy not a very difficult task now again cook for a minute.or check with tooth pick.
* Step 7
Now serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy with family and friends.
