Bitter gourd slices

#milk Bitter gourd slices is roasted in milk

Ingredient

1/4 tsp or more

Red chilli powder

1/2 tsp

Garam masala

1/4 tsp

Turmeric

1/2 cup

milk

2 slices thinly

Onion

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Now heat oil in a kadai when hot oil add squeezed bitter gourd in oil and fry till golden brown. Now do the same to all the finished slices

* Step 2

Now take 1 tsp of oil and saute onion sliced till pinkish add all fried bitter gourd pieces and all dry masalas and add milk. Mix well and close the lid and slow the flame when milk dries up and leaves the oil now switch of the gas garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with rice and Parantha there is no bitterness and taste is amazing
