Heat oil in a pan add garlic and saute for a minute add onion saute till pinkish add potatoes and roast for a minute and add both capsicum and corns make sure flame should be slow. Now add all dry masalas and saute till leaves the oil. Looks nice and tasty serve with rice,chappatti with another curries.
