Palak with tofu paneer
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put tofu in a warm water for 5 minutes then take out and cut pieces as ur desired
* Step 2
Heat oil or butter in a pan add onion sauté well and add ginger garlic chopped sauté nicely add tomato and sauté for a minute add masala and salt and put purée into it and cook for 2 minutes
* Step 3
Add tofu pieces and cook for two minute and put off the flame and add Amul cream in it
* Step 4
Garnish with Amul fresh cream and serve hot with plain prantha, nan and roti or kulcha
* Step 5
I served with homemade kulcha
* Step 6
