Punjabi kadhi chawal

Kadhi chawal is favourite dish of punjabis

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixy jar add curd, gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and asofetida powder.

* Step 2

Now churn to mix all things

* Step 3

Now heat oil in a pan add dry cumin seeds, fenugreek and coriander seeds when spluttering add ginger garlic chopped sauté for a minute and onion and green chilli sauté onion till little golden browns

* Step 4

Add curd mixture in it and add 2 glass of water boil it and stirring occasionally boiled till 20-25 minutes on a slow heat if feel thick add more water or consistency it choice add coriander powder and Kasturi methi little crush it

* Step 5

On the other side for pakoda

* Step 6

Take a bowl add 3 tbs gram flour add chopped onion,salt,pepper,little turmeric,garam masala, and 1/4 cup water for make a thick paste add pinch of baking soda to make soft pakodas

* Step 7

Heat oil in a enough oil for deep frying when oil hot slow the heat and put 1tsp each or with hand little mixture add in the oil and fry till golden brown

* Step 8

Keep out from the oil and added in the kadhi and just boiled and put of the gas and after 10 minutes serve hot kadhi with pakodas

* Step 9

Enjoy with boiled rice, salad and dry curry I made carrot green peas.
