# Rice flour sweet rolls and balls
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan adding water and sugar boiled till sugar melts
* Step 2
Add slowly rice flour in it and continue stirring well.rice flour absorb all water now switch of the gas and cover it for 2 minutes
* Step 3
Now take a flat plate and pour mixture knead hot mixture with grease hands if not possible for a little time knead with spatula then use hands to make soft dough by adding desiccated coconut means dry coconut
* Step 4
If u need make it colourful add few drops of green colour and knead well
* Step 5
Now make small or big rolls or ball shape as u desired
* Step 6
Now steam in a greased pan in a steamer for 15-20 minutes
* Step 7
Hot sweet rolls roll on dry coconut and serve u can keep in dry airtight containers for 3-4 days
* Step 8
Very light sweet rolls and yummy also enjoy
