Watermelon Juice/Tarbooj Sharbat

#goldenapron #post12 Watermelon is a popular fruit for summer, While we all enjoy eating this fruit, we usually discard the tiny seeds scattered in it without realizing or rather knowing of their health benefits. These seeds are loaded with nutrients including fatty acids, essential proteins and lots of minerals. These seeds are rich in vitamin B like thiamine, niacin and minerals like magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron, zinc, phosphorus and copper. That’s why use watermelon as a juice/sharbat because I make this sharbat with seeds,

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

15 min
1/2 tsp

Black Salt-

5-10 cubes

Ice-

1/2 tsp

Mint powder-

1/2 tsp

Pepper -

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take Watermelon and cut into piece.

Blend all pieces with seeds and sieve.

Add sugar

Add Salt, Pepper, Mint powder, Lemon

Now serve Cold
