Purple cabbage and berry smoothie

#boxweek1 It is a very delicious and unique purple colour smoothie with amazing flavour. I used purple cabbage, cranberry, frozen blackberry, banana, yoghurt and coconut milk to make this delicious smoothie.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak cranberries in hot water for 1/2 an hour.

* Step 2

Shread 1 cup of fresh purple cabbage.

* Step 3

Place all the ingredients except garnishing ingredients to a blender.

* Step 4

Blend to make a smooth puree.

* Step 5

Transfer to a serving glass, garnish with mint leaves and coconut powder and serve immediately.
