Eggs are called the killer food to weight loss as egg contains very low calorie.The simplest way to lose weight is to reduce your daily calorie intake.Eggs are also full of nutrients and filling, mainly because of their high protein content.So they are called ideal food for weight loss. Today I am sharing a very easy , quick and delicious egg recipe with some vegetables, that is Egg Souffle.

3-5 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add all the diced vegetables and green peas and sweet corn.
* Step 2
Add crushed black pepper and salt.Mix well.
* Step 3
In a separate bowl beat eggs and add to the vegetables.
* Step 6
Take 4 ramekin bowls and grease with little oil. You can also use any microwave safe bowls or cups.
* Step 7
Fill 2/3rd of each bowls with the egg mixture.
* Step 8
Add chopped coriander leaves and chilli flakes.
* Step 9
Microwave them for 3 minutes or till done.
* Step 10
Take out from microwave and delicious mould them as they cool a bit.
* Step 11
Enjoy this delicious filling Souffle as breakfast or snack.
