Dal roti

This is very simple way to give a makeover to our leftover dals which we don't like to eat . Dal roti is great option for kid's lunch box.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients with wheat flour.
* Step 2
Make a regular dough by adding more dal if required. Alternatively you can add water also if you don't have more dal.
* Step 3
Keep this dough in rest for half an hour.
* Step 4
Take small portion of the dough, make a ball and roll into thin roti.
* Step 5
Roast the roti in a griddle on both sides by adding little oil time to time.
* Step 6
Like this make all the rotis and serve with some thick yoghurt.
