Zucchini fingers

#Mansoondelight This healthy version of zucchini fingers can be enjoyed at rainy afternoon with a cup of tea

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut zucchini into long strips like fingers.

* Step 2

In a plate mix breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs and spices very well to combine.

* Step 3

Preheat oven to 180degree C.

* Step 4

Beat together eggs and milk in a bowl.

* Step 5

Dip each piece of zucchini into egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.

* Step 6

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

* Step 7

Place each zucchini piece in the cookie sheet.

* Step 8

Bake them in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or till zucchini fingers brown and tender.

* Step 9

Serve hot with garlic sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
