Yong Tau Foo (Peanut Sauce)

To be eaten together with cooked fish balls and other seafood, or hotdog and vegetables.

Ingredient

Food ration :

water

3 cloves

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend peanuts to small bits or smooth paste. Put aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chilli pepper flakes. Cook until the garlic is a bit brown.

* Step 3

Add water and the rest of the ingredients. Keep stirring so as the sauce thickens, it won't stick at the bottom. Serve hot.
