A traditional Malaysian condiment for fish dishes, served with white rice.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the mango into small pieces and put aside

* Step 2

Blend all the other ingredients or use mortar

* Step 3

Mix with mango evenly and serve fresh.

* Step 4

I used dried peppers because fresh peppers are out of season now.
