Caramel Apple Pudding

Brown sugar

3/4 cup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven at 190 degC for 10 minutes. In a bowl take all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon powder, pinch of salt and mix everything well.

Add milk and prepare a thick batter without lumps.

Add in thinly sliced apples and mix. Spreadthis mixture into a deep oven safe bowl greased with butter.

To prepare caramel sauce, in a bowl take butter, brown sugar, pinch of salt and add in hot water. Mix until butter melts. Add in vanilla extract.

Pour the sauce over the apple mixture gently (Don’t stir). Bake in preheated oven at 190 degC for 40 minutes. Take it out from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Scoop out Caramel Apple Pudding into a plate and serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
