Cheesy Spinach Corn Grilled Sandwich

Spinach Corn sandwich is quick, easy and great breakfast or evening snack recipe with goodness of spinach and corn. This recipe of creamy cheesy filling is prepared from butter, sweet corn, spinach, flour, milk and cheese. It is flavored with garlic, italian seasoning, pepper and chili flakes. Making it creamy and cheesy will make the kids want to eat more.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan and melt butter. Add minced garlic and saute for 30 sec. Add in sweet corn and saute for a minute.
* Step 2
Add chopped spinach and saute until leaves wilt. Then add maida/wheat flour and saute for 2 mins until raw smell goes away.
* Step 3
Add milk and stir well until the filling thickens. Add pepper powder, chili flakes, salt and stir well.
* Step 4
Finally switch off the flame and add grated cheese, italian seasoning. Stir and let the mixture cool down.
* Step 5
To prepare sandwich, butter on one side of the bread. On the other side spread grated cheese followed by cheesy spinach corn filling. Cover with other bread butter side up.
* Step 6
Place it on a preheated grill sandwich maker. Cover and grill until brown and crispy. Remove it onto a grill to maintain its crispiness.
* Step 7
When warm enough to handle slice it and serve warm with tomato ketchup.
