Fantastic quick and easy loaf, you'll never buy bread again.
When this is 2 or 3 days old if any left, it makes great fried bread with a little butter and oil.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add salt and bicarb and mix together
* Step 3
Make a well in flour and add butter and honey, mix well.
* Step 4
Add cheese and pear and mix
* Step 6
Add yoghurt and mix to a dough
* Step 7
When well mixed turn out onto floured surface and knead for one min
* Step 8
Form into a ball with a smooth top and slightly flatten or seperate into 4 and roll into balls and place on baking just touching.
* Step 9
Cut a cross into bread using a wooden spoon handle almost all the way through for even bake
* Step 11
Make sure bread has room to expand in oven
* Step 12
Bake for 40 to 45 mins at 200c checking after 30 mins
* Step 13
Check with skewer in centre, if in doubt leave for 45 mins but cover top with foil.
* Step 14
This is a robust loaf and if centre not baked tip upside down and rebake for 5 min untill you get a hollow sound when tapped.

Remove and allow to cool.....butter...enjoy!
