Pear and chocolate pudding
A lovely way to enjoy fresh fruit and have a dessert at the same time.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C. Chop pears and put them on a pan with lemon juice and sugar
* Step 2
Spoon into little ramekin and add a teaspoon of liqueour each if using
* Step 3
For the topping sift icing sugar and cocoa into bowl. Add ground almond.
* Step 4
Whisk egg white in a different bowl until stiff. Fold into dry ingredients.
* Step 5
Spoon mixture over the pears and shake ramekins to even
* Step 6
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until topping firm to touch. Serve cold or warm
