Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chopped black garlic cloves finely or mashed them into paste.
* Step 2
Blend BG into butter in a blender.
* Step 4
Roll into logs or put into a glass ctnr/pyrex dish. Refrigerate at least 2h before using. Great in Black garlic butter baguette, to sauté mushrooms, as seasoning for grilled meats/chicken wings.
