Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cover pears with red wine. Poach for approximately 20 minutes until pear is tender.

* Step 2

Drizzle bread with olive oil. Season with salt. GrIll briefly on each side until bread is caramelized and crispy.

* Step 3

Spread marmalade on bread. Top with crumbled goat cheese. Top with a few slices of pear.

* Step 4
